HUNÉP Zrt. is the flagship of the Group's building construction activity, working as main contractor and on fit-out across residential, industrial, institutional, healthcare, educational and heritage projects. Decades of professional experience, a high technical standard and a commitment to sustainable solutions define its work.
HAJDU-ALU Zrt. manufactures and installs aluminium and PVC doors and windows, curtain walls, and fire- and smoke-resistant assemblies. Its modern production technology supports building envelope solutions that are technically demanding, energy-efficient and well detailed.
UNISZOL – Létesítménygazdálkodási Zrt. provides technical operation, maintenance, cleaning, landscaping and grounds care, together with related support services. Decades of experience and an integrated operating system give dependable backing for buildings and sites of every kind.
The Group's hospitality activity supports business, conference and city tourism in Debrecen to a high standard. Mercure Debrecen and Hotel Lycium Debrecen – Handwritten Collection operate under brands of the international Accor group, with a shared operating approach.
