Szinorg Universal Zrt.'s financial statements approved

This year, under Government Decree 102/2020 (10 April) on rules departing from the normal operation of corporate bodies during the state of emergency, the Board of Directors of Szinorg Universal Zrt. decided on the approval of the financial statements prepared under the Accounting Act itself, acting with the powers of the general meeting.

In light of the extraordinary circumstances, Szinorg Universal Zrt. held a Board meeting on 18 May 2020 in place of its ordinary general meeting. There the Board — acting with the powers of the general meeting, as set out above — unanimously approved the proposal on the company's 2019 financial statements.

Gyula Szűcs, Chairman and CEO of the company and chairman of the board, said the company had closed a successful year, the result of the asset manager's effective performance and considered strategy.
