SZINHOME, our new residential brand, has launched

Residential development for sale plays a key role in SZINORG Group's real-estate activity. As part of that focus, we created the SZINHOME brand in the first quarter of 2026, under which our residential projects will from now on be presented as one.

Why we created the SZINHOME brand

Residential development is a strategic priority for SZINORG Group, closely tied to Debrecen's dynamic economic growth and the rising housing demand that comes with it. Major industrial and infrastructure investment in recent years, together with expanding employment, has markedly increased demand for residential property in Debrecen — among investors and owner-occupiers alike. Market trends bear this out: alongside a growing housing stock, prices and rents continue to rise, further strengthening interest in residential investment.

We created the SZINHOME brand in response to those trends, so that our residential developments come to market under a single, deliberately built brand. SZINHOME exists to create modern, liveable premium homes that hold their value over the long term. Behind the brand stands the full professional capability of the Group: design, development and construction working in step to deliver reliably and to a high standard. Our projects are aimed primarily at investors and at premium end-users looking for an urban way of life.

Our current project: Debrecen, Kossuth 16. — new-build apartments and offices

Kossuth 16. is the Group's current residential development, and the first to come to market under the SZINHOME brand. The project comprises
