Introducing SZINPARK — SZINORG Group's new industrial brand for the automotive supplier network

On 11 April 2025 we introduced SZINPARK, our new industrial brand, at the automotive conference organised by the Hungarian Association of Automotive Component Manufacturers (MAJOSZ) in Debrecen.

At the event, Sándor Szabó, Deputy CEO of SZINORG, set out the details of the development.

SZINPARK is being built in Debrecen's North-West Economic Zone, next to the BMW plant. The project delivers 60,000 m² of multifunctional industrial halls in two phases, offering an ideal solution for automotive suppliers — whether on a build-to-suit or a leasehold basis.

Sustainability is a priority throughout: the first-phase hall of close to 25,000 m² is being delivered to the requirements of BREEAM Excellent certification, with solar PV systems, heat-pump heating and cooling, and energy-efficient LED lighting.

SZINPARK's aim is to strengthen Debrecen's economic standing as a strategically significant industrial and logistics hub, and to support the development of the Hungarian and international automotive supply chain.
