An interview on the launch of SZINHOME and the Group's residential development plans

SZINORG Group launched SZINHOME, its new unified residential development brand, in the first quarter of 2026. Creating the brand is an important milestone for the Group: its purpose is to bring our residential developments to market under a single, recognisable and strong name.

SZINHOME takes the market presence of our residential development activity to a new level, supports the sale of our projects, and brings together the professional experience SZINORG Group has built up in this field.

Sándor Szabó, Chief Executive Officer of SZINORG Universal Zrt., gave an interview to the news portal Dehir.hu about the background to the launch, the thinking behind the brand and the Group's residential development plans.

The conversation also sets out the part SZINHOME plays in the Group's long-term real-estate strategy, and the values shaping the brand's current and future projects.
